Project Hermes

 

Advising a tech entrepreneur to realise the value of his IP in an essential piece of equipment associated with airplane safety.  This has involved structuring, valuation of IP, identification of potential acquisition partners and assisting with the process.

Project Exeter

 

In the role as a Trustee of the John Clare Trust, Simon reviewed the assets of the Trust and advised on a strategic liquidation exercise. On behalf of the Trust, Simon negotiated the sale of an asset which in addition to achieving a better than expected exit value, also included an overage payment that was triggered to provide additional funds.

Project Liberation

 

Simon is part of a team sourcing residential property for clients in London.  This includes input into appraisals and the transaction process.

Project Dolos

 

Simon was asked to lead on introducing a new suite of products to tackle fraud in the public sector.  Utilising existing and proven data analytical tools already embedded in public sector organisations, Simon facilitated the setting up of a number of pilot sites in the public sector.
